Frequently asked questions
What age is Sprout & Roots for?
Our plans are currently for children aged 1–6 yrs. You tell us your child’s age when you start and we show the plans that fit.
How much time does it take each day?
Up to 4 activities a day, most taking 5 to 20 minutes. Do them together whenever suits your family. Missed a day? It stays available under “Catch up”.
Do I need to buy Montessori materials?
No. Every activity lists household alternatives, like a katori for spooning or a steel tumbler for pouring.
How does the free trial work?
You get 10 days of full access. You don’t pay anything to start, and the trial never turns into a paid plan by itself: you choose whether to continue.
Can I cancel? How do refunds work?
Cancel any time from Account in the app. If you cancel within the refund window of your plan, you get a full refund. Details are in our refund & cancellation policy.
How can I pay?
In the web app, by UPI or debit/credit card through Razorpay. When our Android and iPhone apps launch, you will also be able to pay through Google Play or the App Store. Every payment comes with a GST invoice in the app.
I have more than one child. What do I do?
Each subscription follows one child’s plan and is linked to one mobile number, so each child needs their own subscription with a different number.
What is Nurture+?
Nurture+ uses the same activities with smaller steps, more repetition and extra tips for you. It is for children who benefit from a little extra support, and it is always the parent’s choice. It is a learning programme, not therapy or medical advice.
My school gave me a code. Where do I enter it?
In the app, go to Account → Have a code? The same box takes school codes, gift codes and a friend’s referral code.
I run a school, clinic, shop or company. How can we partner?
We work with preschools, schools, paediatricians, shops and employers. Book a free 15-minute call at a time that suits you and we will send you a Google Meet invite.
Is my child’s information safe?
We keep child data to a minimum (first name, age band and an optional animal avatar), store it in India and never sell it. See our privacy policy.
